Application details you provide, such as your name, email address, mobile number, fitness goals, and answers to application questions.
Communications you exchange with Avida and your assigned coach, including text messages, emails, and call scheduling details.
Usage information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as device type, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

To review your coaching application and connect you with a coach.
To respond to your questions and schedule and remind you about calls.
To deliver and improve our coaching programs and website.
To send text messages you have opted in to receive, as described below.

Text messaging

If you opt in on our application form, Avida and your assigned coach may send you text messages about your coaching application, scheduling your intro call, and your coaching program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

How we share information

We share information with the coach assigned to your application and with service providers who help us operate our website, messaging, scheduling, and payments. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Your choices

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing support@avida.life.
